Terms & Conditions

By booking a dumpster rental, junk removal service, or material delivery with Dowling Dumpster Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help ensure safe operations, fair scheduling, and a positive experience for all customers.

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment of the rental fee is required at the time of booking unless alternative billing arrangements have been approved in writing.

  • Delivery and pickup are included in the rental price.

  • Disposal fees are billed separately after pickup based on actual disposal costs and remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when making a reservation.

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

​Cancellation & Rescheduling

At Dowling Dumpster Rentals, we reserve equipment, drivers, and delivery windows specifically for your project. To ensure fairness and availability for all customers, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 24–48 hours before delivery are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.

If the driver is already en route, an additional trip fee of $150–$250 may apply depending on the delivery location.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is permitted at no charge if requested at least 24 hours before delivery.

Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a $50 administrative fee.

After Delivery

Once the dumpster has been delivered, the rental is considered active and is non-refundable.

Early pickup does not qualify for a prorated refund unless approved in advance by management.

Weather & Operational Delays

Dowling Dumpster Rentals reserves the right to reschedule deliveries due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Unsafe site conditions

  • Mechanical issues

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers will not be charged cancellation fees for delays initiated by Dowling Dumpster Rentals.

No-Access Policy

If our driver arrives and:

  • The site is inaccessible

  • Payment has not been completed

  • The delivery location is unsafe or obstructed

A $150 trip fee may be charged.

 

Refund Policy

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Property & Placement Responsibility

Dumpsters are extremely heavy and may cause damage to driveways, pavement, concrete, asphalt, pavers, landscaping, or underground utilities. By scheduling a dumpster delivery, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks.

Customers understand that:

  • Dumpsters can weigh several tons, especially when filled.

  • Cracking, chipping, scratching, indentations, and other surface damage may occur.

  • Asphalt driveways are particularly susceptible to damage during warm weather.

  • Existing cracks or weakened surfaces increase the risk of additional damage.

Dowling Dumpster Rentals is not responsible for damage to:

  • Concrete or asphalt driveways

  • Pavers or decorative surfaces

  • Gravel or stone driveways

  • Lawns, landscaping, sprinkler systems, or similar property features

  • Underground utilities, including septic systems, drain tiles, irrigation lines, and utility connections

​The customer is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the placement location can safely support the weight of the dumpster

  • Informing Dowling Dumpster Rentals of any underground utilities, septic systems, or site conditions that could be affected by delivery

  • Requesting protective materials if desired

​Upon request, Dowling Dumpster Rentals may place wood boards beneath the dumpster. While these measures may reduce the risk of damage, they do not guarantee prevention of damage.

By scheduling delivery, the customer authorizes Dowling Dumpster Rentals to place the dumpster at the location specified during booking.

The customer accepts responsibility for risks associated with the chosen placement location and agrees that Dowling Dumpster Rentals, its owners, employees, and contractors will not be held responsible for damage resulting from normal dumpster placement, use, or removal, except in cases of proven negligence.

Agreement

By booking a dumpster rental, junk removal service, or material delivery with Dowling Dumpster Rentals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Dowling Dumpster Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
